How to update/refresh a modified style in Inventor?

Styles and standards you edit with the style eeditor (Format > Styles and standards editor, command SE), are automatically updated (refreshed) also in all relevant drawing views.
There is an exception to this rule - the styles which have the setting "Default" in their definition (parameters). Such styles are not associative and can be used only for the initial setting of object styles - they are not connected to the individual instances of drawing objects. If you want to make changes to the appearance of such objects, you have to update them individually. This applies e.g. to hatch pattern definitions (details, sections). You can edit hatches by righ-clicking, choosing Edit and reselecting the same style. [hatchings hatchures]
